I had a really great experience at this nail salon compared to others in the Bay area. My acrylic nail set looked stunning. The ladies that serviced me were very welcoming and polite. Service was really great, especially the shoulders, arm and hand messages. Services offered are a little limited. Hopefully they can add paraffin dip and have more value added spa like pedicure packages. ❤

I found this nail shop online. I called and asked them if their shop accepted “walk ins” and I was told yes. I arrived there shortly…as I walked through the door way entering the shop one of the nail technicians asked me what service was I seeking. I informed her that I needed a “full set French manicure with the classic white tips” she then told me that I would be next. I asked for permission to use the restroom, which was granted. I used the bathroom and was out of there within 3 to 4 minutes. When I came out another nail tech approached me and said that they couldn’t do a French manicure full set because they don’t do design and their schedule is full for the remainder of the day. Although they advise tips and designs on their website, also the fact that I called before I took an Uber to their establishment not to mention the first nail tech telling me that I would be next and all of that changing in a matter of minutes. LITERALLY! I’ve never experienced anything like this, simply outrageous. To be honest, if I didn’t call ahead and get a confirmation for walk ins or receive reassurance upon getting entering the building or maybe if I didn’t see four to five nail technicians without customers I wouldn’t be upset. This nail salon’s fraudulent online advertising is the only reason I considered this establishment. I personally feel that this incident is a case of discrimination. I called before I came, got there and was told there were availabilities. Simply went to the bathroom to adjust my under clothes (didn’t even urinate) washed my hands and came right out and everything changed. I didn’t break or take anything nor did I attempt to engage in a argument. I just left, wasted money on Uber as well as my time. For that I am filling suit against this shop. I don’t recommend this shop whatsoever, their order of operations is out dated, and extremely over priced. they DO NOT do designs… long nails or French manicures even though all of these things are listed as options on their menu. The second nail tech who denied me service (for no reason) LIVES THERE Can’t believe she had the nerve to discriminate against me and she literally lives in a closet. if you haven’t already DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

I love this nail shop. They are friendly, professional and always can accommodate any nail design I ask for. They also make you feel welcomed by learning your name so every time you come in they all say “Hi” and greet you by name. Some other things to love is that they always use plastic liners in the pedicure bowls, they give THEE best foot massage if you get a pedicure and if you get a manicure, they give you a shoulder massage! They accept walk-ins and appointments. I guarantee you will love this nail shop!
