My skin on my eyebrows was completely ripped off and 3 days later I am now scabbed. I called to ask for a refund and they told me no. I also asked for only gel to be put on my nails and I was charged for both a manicure and gel. There are too many nail salons in Sacramento. Please don’t go to this one. You’ll be sorry! Went in as a walk in and everyone was great and accommodating. Spent 3hrs getting a pedicure and acrylics. The pedicure was great, only wish that he would have massaged and used the hot stones more and let the wax sit longer otherwise it was great. He did hit my big toe when putting on my sandles and i did not notice until i went home that the polish was off.

We did a drop in, a fill for me and a gel manicure for my daughter. They seemed a little bit uncertain when we showed them pictures from Pinterest of what we wanted but they were able to make it happen and did a great job quickly and with a smile!

I have been a customer for awhile but my last experience was not a good one at all. The nail polish used on my nails and toes were old plus, design on toes fell off before got out the door good. Not to mention my nails and toes needed to dry longer but because it was closing time they wanted me out the door after paying $74.00 that was a pedicure and manicure only plus, their prices have increased. I would not recommend for what charging not worth the money Paid! I want REFUND!

I asked for a fill and a pedi. He said okay. I got my pedi! it was fine but when it came time for my nails she asked what I wanted. I told her the same thing I have an ombre fill (natural nail look) She wouldn’t do it said she doesn’t have time but she can make time if I got a fill the same color as my pedi. Didn’t make any sense to me. I’ll change the rating once I get better service.

This place is great from the time you walk in you are greeted and assisted. Lots of comfortable chairs and it’s tropical in there too the theme. A free drink and great service. The manicure was great and the pedicure was amazing and I had some kind of gushy jelly stuff instead of water which felt amazing! I would highly recommend this place.
