Update: recently Lisa has been very rude and acted as if she was doing us (clients) a big favor by allowing us to come to the salon to have our nails done. I finally had enough one day when she acted as if she had never seen me before when I showed up for my appointment and loudly told me and my guests that we would have to wait until they were ready to accommodate me.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey were nice enough to squeeze my friends and I in but the experience as a whole wasn’t satisfactory. Very nice decor but quality of service outweighs any fancy chandelier. When we walked in we were met with a bunch of confused stares and some employee rudely saying “wash your hands”. Not even a greeting or welcome first. Also the services are overpriced. I’m not sure if they offer champagne to everyone but we weren’t offered anything, but someone who arrived after us was greeted nicely and offered a drink. I will say we are a different race than this other customer. It just didn’t make me feel good about being in this establishment. They did a great job with our pedicures. Very neat and precise. Clean place, great massage. The gentleman did a lovely job.
