The experience was great from the gentleman greeting me to Angel doing my pedicure. Everyone there is very engaging and make people feel welcome in their establishment. I love to go and get my pedicure and manicure there. Ivy is the person that I seen prior to today and she is amazing too. The environment is clean, organized, and they have great hygiene. I will recommend everyone to go and enjoy the experience.

Disappointed with my experience with this salon today. As a customer when I walked in no one was at the front and the front desk person was outside on the phone someone stated. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes and overheard they are short staffed on Sunday and Monday which is very disappointing seeing as though this place is always busy for pedicures. I decided to try them out for dip powder and had such a disappointing experience. They charge for every little thing- to put a tip on, to shape, to take off and get back on- it’s disappointing and a bit ridiculous. I mean when you get nails, it should come with a shape. I walked in with almond shape nails and my natural nail bed is long so my natural nails are about an inch long and was told my nails were too long and I had to pay extra for my length and extra to shape my nails even though I already have almond shaped natural nails. I thought the point was to have healthy long natural nails… now mine are too long?! I feel this place has lost the meaning of the point of doing nails in the first place and definitely money hungry. I can see if I walked in wanting a full set and a shape I don’t already have sure, but this was not the case. Please consider your customers instead of just trying to nickel and dime our pockets.

Terrible experience I’ve ever had!!! I always wanted to visit this salon, and since the technician I see regularly was out of town, I had a chance to try it. I came for a regular manicure. Of course, they immediately started to tell me that it would not last long trying to convince me to do a gel. I wanted to see how they would do a regular manicure, and I am so glad I did not go for a gel as they would mess it up even more. The technician who did my nails was not listening to what I was telling her, she did the shape incorrectly (I asked for square with round corners), she filed most of my nails except one, that she cut too short (she did not compare the length). She wrapped both of my hands with really hot towels and did not even ask or pay attention that I said it was too hot! She did not like me watching her doing the manicure (cutting around the nails), and asked me if I was going to look! I asked to pay before she would start polishing in order not to mess up my nails, and I wish I would not give her any tips!
