This business needs an appointment manager. The stylists make the appointments. When they make mistakes, the customer pays. On Friday, I received a confirmation text for my Saturday appointment. Later in the day, I received a message that my appointment was changed. The stylist had changed an appointment that was later in the month without asking me, and I assumed naturally that it was for my upcoming appointment.

Sara is my lash artist and she is unlike any artist you’ve had before. Truly a professional who is proud of her craft, but also a down to earth and fun to talk to person. I cannot recommend her high quality services enough! Chelsea filled my lashes one time when I had to move an appointment last minute and she was also very sweet and did a great job! Kimberly is the owner, she always says hello which I really like about her. Super clean and beautiful space and I love that I can book on Vagaro! I love having services done here.
