Owner not on site. Under staffed on weekends. Receptionist rude. I’ve been a regular customer, $120 -$130 per visit but on weekDAYS. Now on a weekend, requesting appointment, reception told me to walk in only and couldn’t schedule appointments because they had 2 already on the books and hung up on me saying she didn’t like my “tone” when I mentioned I’ve been a regular customer & wouldn’t they prefer appointments? This recent Spring, got greenish brown spots under 4 acrylic nails. Staff saw, did nothing to treat. I took them off, treated myself for fungus. After 3 months, have benefit of doubt and went back. Not after this incident. Nail Salons are on every street corner. Seems they don’t need my money and sizable tips.

I went in Wednesday for a mani and pedicure. The manicure was decent and done by a man The pedicure on the other hand was very unsanitary. She used the dirty gloves she just used to clean and scrub my feet scoop out products from container. She clip the sides of my nails, like you would on a ingrown, but in my smaller toes that had no ingrown. She over clipped on my big toes saying there was ingrown but there wasn’t. I was bleeding on 5 of my toes and and now experiencing some short of infection. When I voiced my concerns and the improper use of dispensing products she just apologized and gave me a $10 discount.
