Critical: QualityI drove an hour to have my nails done at this place because my girlfriend raved about it. We had an appointment, however my girlfriends manicurist was double booked, she didn’t mind the wait. I had a no chip pedicure and acrylic fill in with no chip polish. My daughter had regular polish for her toes and no chip manicure for her hands. I had to ask repeatedly where i could find the no chip colors before someone finally gave my daughter the color choices. The pedicure was mediocre, a little sloppy on the paint, but whatever no one will be staring that closely at my feet. For my hands, the lamp kept flickering, i felt my manicurist was rushing between coats, my nails did come out a little lumpy with a noticeable gap between my cuticles. It looks like i already have growth and need to go back when this picture is 16 hours after getting them done, probably the most upsetting out of everything. I also felt steps were skipped, no cuticle oil at the end of my manicure even with a 97$ bill for my services alone. My daughters no chip polish has already peeled off a few nails, her polish was also sloppy-no, she is not new to having her nails done and doesn’t have any issues sitting still or following directions. The location itself is pretty, and there was one person in particular that was really nice and helpful. My daughter had Vy and I had Be. I don’t think I’d consider the two hour round trip commute for this place.
