Renee answered and listened to my concern, she was finishing a client and asked if she could call me back to get more information. She called me back in about 30 minutes- we chatted about my concerns and she got me an appointment within a week (not months like other offers given to me) and she was compassionate and kind! Renee understood clearly how traumatized a woman can feel when her hair has been colored incorrectly. The consult appointment was hands on, she looked at my hair from all angles and gave me options but also explained to me where things may have gone wrong. Renee offered me a service AT THE CONSULT appointment to reduce the brassiness and help ME to get through the process of color correction that I will doing with her! Renee truly cares and her expertise is second to none. The salon is beautiful the staff and management are too!
