Normally I’m very satisfied with Tina’s Work , but today I think I made up my mind to never return . I usually pay between $70-$90 dollars for my nails . And I usually get them Really long with all the sparkles or whatever I want. Today I waited 2 hours for this and was charged $70 bucks and it’s not even the length or the style I asked for . This was a clear sign I need a new nail tech ! She was very aggressive with my nails and on the phone the whole time . I’ve been coming here since 2014 and this was the final straw . My sister got a whole new set with rhinestones and a much longer length for $60 . So I’m not understanding.

Do not spend your money here. They are rude and racist. I was there for one hour, while they assisted all Hispanic guest before me. Then they told me they couldn’t assist me because I wanted dip and not acrylic. Seriously? I asked for dip the moment I came in the door. If they couldn’t do it, tell me before I wait for 1 hour. In the future…if you don’t want to touch African American peoples nails, just tell me when I walk through the door, and not make me wait an whole hour. You all should be ashamed…smh.

I liked the way Nikki did my pedicures but NOT MY NAILS! I got dip and not even a week later they started coming off the tip of my nails! She was also telling a coworker if it was okay that she used the wrong number for the dip process. I understand Vietnamese &everything they were talking about. Then when I came in to show them that my nails were already coming off another employee said in viet “here comes the picky girl” &Nikki stated that I was “delusional” cause I overheard her stating that she used the wrong product. Very unprofessional, will NOT be returning!
