Girls at the desk are always super nice and energetic. Area is clean, beds are clean, rooms are a little dusty. Never had a dirty bed like I have at a place in lodi. Rest room is well maintained. Variety of lotions in stock. Didn’t give all stars because of prices. Skin treatments

1st visit: Hybrid red light therapy and tanning bed does not tan. Waste of time and money. I requested an appointment to do 2 separate beds- red light therapy and stand up tanning back to back (of course planning extra time in between to buffer the dress down, dress up and room change time. I was denied an appointment. I walked in. They put me in red light therapy for 20 min but did not have another bed available for at least 13-20 minutes, depending on how long it takes them to redress and clean the bed PLUS MY TIME tanning. I had another appointment and was not able to use the service. Again asked about making an appointment and was declined. They do not respect your time. They only want your money. Also their spray tan does not stick. The only part of me that tanned last summer prior to a photoshoot was my feet, hands, elbows and knees… the places their so called barrier is supposed to avoid tanning. I am a former bodybuilding competitor and very well versed in spray tan skin prep. Use at your own risk.

I definitely would recommend La Stella. Good atmosphere, clean tanning beds and friendly staff. The prices are affordable, I was paying almost $30 for a Level 3 with maximum of 9 mins tanning time.

My tan looked great but they really need to be on the same page with each other on what services they provide. One of the younger girls is a snob and needs to learn some customer service skills. One of the owners discused my services in front of other customers. I was so embarrassed. They also think because of what ethnicity I am, that I wouldn’t burn. I am very light skinned. Get a clue. What pumps through my veins has nothing to do with my skin color. I will never go back.

I luv La Stella Tanning. I have never had a bad experience. I have preferred friends and family and will continue to keep doin so. I luv the feeling of walkn n and feeln like family. Thats great customer service. I have been goin to la Stella 4 a few years now and I won’t change a thing. This year I have done sumthin knew with la Stella. I now am doin the red light to help wit multiple problems that I have been dealing with n my body. It helps to a certain point. I just wanna say just don’t put knock it before you try it.
