I am very picky with my nails and Sammi is the only person that always consistently delivers what I request. I always obsess over my nails after I leave. Sammi is so sweet and friendly. She has a great memory and follows up with the conversation you had with her from the previous visit which shows that she genuinely engages when she has a conversation with you. A true gem! All of my family sees Sammi. I just took my pre-teen to get her first set and Sammi delivered exactly with she envisioned. What else can I say? She is just is so talented & I am so glad to have found her!

Yeah, no. Extremely unprofessional behavior from Vincent. I honestly used to love this place. The atmosphere was inviting, and my nails always came out how I wanted them. However, my last experience at La Sorella was not a pleasant one… particularly with Vincent. Everything was fine up until he did my nails. He was extremely aggressive with me and made it blatantly clear that he was aggravated with me by the way he was huffing and puffing every time he had to position my finger correctly. It was such a horrible experience. It caused me so much anxiety because I didn’t want to cause him issues so I tried to watch him as he did my nails to avoid whatever it was that was making him smack my fingers around, yank them closer to him, and aggressively reposition me, and even when I did that, he was still extremely rude, aggressive and made it very clear he was irritated with me. So, I looked away because that clearly didn’t help him — and his temper tantrum continued and I still wasn’t holding my hand to HIS liking… I told him “it’s hard to relax when you’re yanking my fingers every 5 seconds” and he said it’s because of the small amount of dip powder in the container. But instead of being delicate, he kept jamming my fingers around. He then made jokes after I had been quiet for a while saying I must’ve been tired — but I wasn’t falling asleep at this table. I was awake and alert trying to make his job easier, and instead he man-handled me. His wife just looked over but said nothing. I’m like most people where if there is something wrong, I won’t say anything, because I don’t want to upset the nail tech, but I came home EXTREMELY UPSET that I not only tipped him, but didn’t speak up. I will not be back after this experience, and if anything, this was a lesson that I need to speak up when I’m being disrespected or blatantly mistreated while getting my nails done. They are providing a service — and sadly I had to be roughed up to get it with no indication of how I could help — just a bunch of aggression. Never again.
