It takes few hours for this and Erica graciously agreed to take me. When I came in, I was offered a drink and sat in a freshly sanatized chair. Erica has a pleasant, personable demeanor, and explained what worked for me and how to take care of my hair for it to last. She did an amazing job, my hair has never felt/looked so nice! The prices are more than reasonable for the services offered and the products are professional quality. Erica even took the time to explain the permanent makeup they offer and I am excited to book an appointment to get it done. I made an appointment late in the day for a keratin treatment and hair cut. It takes few hours for this and Erica graciously agreed to take me. When I came in, I was offered a drink and sat in a freshly sanatized chair. Erica has a pleasant, personable demeanor, and explained what worked for me and how to take care of my hair for it to last. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI, had a good experience the first time although, my hair color didn’t come out how I, expected. The owner stated that if I, wasn’t satisfied to return the following week. I, returned the following week and the outcome was favorable. Fast forward two weeks later, I make an appointment at 5pm I, came in on time, no one greeted me. I, waited a while until I decided to make my presence known and told the older employee what I was there for, she told me to sit down and wait. I, waited 45 minutes, upset but egger to get my hair touched up I, wanted patiently. Finally they called me to the chair and said ready for your hair cut, stunned I, replied I’m here for a haircolor. Both baber and older employee were surprised said we could of started the process alot earlier, already upset I felt my business being taken for granted. Both employees informed me that I, should wait two more weeks for a touch up, I, appreciate the information maybe it is true maybe it was late and they didn’t wanted to deal with me. I, truly don’t know but regardless my time was wasted, this information should of been given to me as soon as the older lady greeted me, instead of making wait 45 mins for a pre-booked appointment that I, was on time for.
