I was set on getting my hair cut today, and La Sienne was the only salon able to take me as a walk-in (that wasn’t Cost Cutters.) They said I’d been lucky, as they’re usually booked. Best salon experience I’ve ever had. All I needed was a cut and wash. After the wash, the stylist wrapped my head in a hot towel and offered to do my eyebrows! She did a fantastic job with it all, and I had a really great time. The salon is calm and inviting, as are the stylists.

I expected more. I usually frequent a different salon, but I couldn’t get through to them. I had a wonderful experience with La Sienne 30 years ago, when I had cancer, so decided to try them again. The hole-in-the-wall salons wreek of chemicals all the time, and La Sienne isn’t like that. When I walked in, there was an undertone of chemicals, they had a cushioned bench and two upholstered chairs for waiting customers, and I was glad I had brought a bottle of water with me. My stylist was very polite and discussed what I wanted done with my hair.

Everyone needs to go here from now on and ask for Della!!! Shes phenomenal and the whole experience was unbelievable! Nice and relaxing environment and Della did exactly what I asked for with my hair plus did it even better than what I could’ve imagined! Plus they have the most comfortable sinks around and hot towels!! Who can pass that up??? GO SEE DELLA!!!

went to this salon for a spa mani and pedi. The pedicure was great, exactly what I had expected. The manicure, on the other hand, was less than steller. The girl (Jeni) did a little filing, but didn’t even make sure my nails were the same length or shape. Then she buffed and polished. No creams, lotions, massage, cuticle work. To top it off, I paid extra for the no chip gel polish and it chipped within 3 days! I called to speak with a manager and spoke with Melissa. She did not offer any apologies and acted like my manicure and results were completely normal. Plus, their mani/pedis are some of the most expensive in town. I would go elsewhere if you’re looking for quality nail work.
