After I had a chewy horrible experience at a different salon in Farmington and was in desperate need of a color correction, then having a different stylist at yet another salon cancel on me, I found my way into La Roux, we’re the owner and stylist cassandra, we’re gracious enough to squeeze me in and stay open later to fix the mistake that was made at another salon. Not only was she super friendly and courteous, and she did an amazing job correcting the color on my hair, which took quite some time but she put a ton of effort into it. This was for a very special event which I had started to feel would be disastrous because of what happened at the other salon, but by the time I left hair salon I felt far more confident in my hair looked amazing. I cannot suggest this place highly enough! Very friendly and courteous staff, skilled and talented and what they did, and an amazing work ethic. I gave them a five-star review because I cannot give any more than five stars! If you need your hair done professionally in the Farmington New Mexico area definitely go here. I cannot give enough high praise, and I will definitely only be using this one from this day forward. Thank you to Cassandra for being so great and courteous

Showed up as a new client to a very well organized and clean salon. The salon showed professionalism and so did the owner and my stylist. Megan did my hair and listened to what I wanted and wasn’t afraid to also give her professional input. She was kind and did a fabulous job! I was so impressed by the professionalism. Everyone is so friendly there. The decor is fabulous. The products they use are the best I have ever tried. I would recommend it. The blow dry and conditioner really made my hair look healthy. The lash extensions are fabulous. Best salon in Farmington. Love it!

It is not common for me to write reviews, but I didn’t want to ruin Tannith’s day by trekking her how unhappy I was. So here’s done feedback to handle for later. The environment is too cold both physically and emotionally. For the most pay everyone was nice, but we weren’t offered a place to sit and the sitting arrangements weren’t comfortable. My nails look awful – obvious different lengths of nails, no soak so dirty still lingers under my nails, no feeling of being pampered. It was awful. On top of the fact it was over $80 for 2 manicures with paraffin. The paraffin should be placed in a way you can sit to dip instead of ducking under shelves. It was unpleasant. I understand it’s expensive for massage chairs, but I really missed that added stress reliever. I feel more stressed after going and I went to relax. 🙁 I Hope it gets better and I hope my feedback well be used to make it better, but until then I would never choose to go there! 🙁

Alyssa has been doing mine and my children’s hair for about 5 years now. Her cuts are by far the best in town and I love the trendy colors she recommends!! The salon is clean, the staff is friendly!! Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best salon in the four corners area. I came to them with a hair color disaster. Not only did they fit me in that evening, they transformed my disaster into a Beautiful soft hair triumph! Kudos and a heart felt thanks! You girls rock!
