DO NOT GO THERE FOR LASH EXTENSIONS! It is false advertising as it’s finest! If you’ve gotten lash extensions before and you know what they are suppose to look like the spa APPARENTLY does lashes their OWN way instead what they are originally suppose to look like. I was VERY unhappy with my service I paid $175 for hybrid lashes and there WAS BARELY ANYTHING ON MY EYES. I beg you do not get lashes done by this spa it is very false advertising and they will not give you a refund. I was very nice and respectful about it all and they were not.

Friendly staff and enjoyed a nice massage here. Sauna was great to spend time in. The pool and hot tub dont have much of a spa vibe, as they are shared with the rest of the hotel guests. Great way to start the day or take a break from the casino ♂️

Terrible customer service, we will not return. I tried calling several times as winter roads slowed our arrival, no answer with 24 hour call back time. I was fine paying for service we missed, but they charged 100%. Didn’t even have courtesy to comp day passes to me and my daughter. I am happy to pay for techs time wasted, but the spa certainly doesn’t pay them 100%. Ironic that to book services is 10 miute turnaround time.

The massages were okay and we were charged 2 times so make sure to watch your bank account. It was charged on 2 separate cards too so they must have charged on a saved card I used last time and charged me again!! Very disappointed!

After another place misplaced our advanced booking, my wife found La Rive Spa. Couldn’t be happier that we found this place. Probably one of the best spas I have been to, but much less expensive than I thought. About 1/2 the price of the original spa, which was a nice surprise. They have attendants on both men and women’s side with Cucumber water, drinks, and lounge. They have seperate dry saunas. Each also has an “experience” shower, but the men’s was broken. Then there is a shared salt room between the men and women’s side. I do like a steam sauna, but I didn’t miss that too much. We were both able to get facials. I have really clogged pores and they were able to dissolve and unclog them before extractions phase. This is a first for me to have very little to extract. My wife also got a message she said was excellent.
