Critical: PunctualityI booked an appointment for a haircut. Afterward, I received one text message to my phone and also two separate emails. All three of these communications confirmed my appointment for the date and time I scheduled. All three stated that the appointment was “confirmed“.Showed up 10 minutes early. Shop was locked with all lights out. Knocked. Waited. Checked for any missed calls or emails. There were none. Rechecked my confirmation messages to make sure I was there at the correct day and time. I was. Called the phone number listed on the website, which appeared to go to someone’s personal phone number. The owner’s? The gentleman whom answered the phone said they personally weren’t working that day and I would have to call/text the stylist’s phone, listed as Ramon, directly. Asked if Ramon’s phone number was on their website and was told no. Not sure how I was meant to contact him.Waited some more. 15 minutes after the appointment was due to begin, I received a text message stating that my appointment was rescheduled for the following day. Very disappointed. I would not have been upset if someone would have taken the time to call/text/email me to let me know that my appointment was cancelled so I wouldn’t have wasted the better part of an hour traveling here and waiting in front of a closed shop.I booked an appointment for a haircut.
