I’ve been here for a couple of hours I am latina but don’t speak Spanish fluently when I’ve gotten there 5-10 minutes before my appointment which I should by now learned that this happens at different businesses I get ignored by mosty employees they come and introduce themselves when supervisor shows face I make sure to call get an an appointment date and time with someone whose name I only know cause I think I remember I ask to make sure this person will be able to care for my style of hair and style I want then when I get there I am told this girl or guy just stepped out to get lunch or w e how long I ask she’s bringing it back and just eats it when she is done with client well I tell’m I’ll wait since all are trying to look too busy to look my way well like I said I wait and wait I am in a wheelchair and must wait until I get an Uber, I’m done waiting after another hour or so I’m done waiting I go to reception corner I tell them like hey I’m just going to come back another time okie I call for my pick up when someone else tells me you want me to get you?but I’m just ready to get the #@&outta there so I tell him no thank you but my ride is here I’m gone for now till I feel like being abused few weeks later I go through the whole process again and not surprised that it was all the same over again now I just get a ride little farther out to another Dominican salon at the Princessa there wasn’t not a one Dominican there they are just done for….next?

I took my 2 boys. They did ok on 1 but horrible on the other. The ruined his hair. You should just tell people you don’t cut men/boy hair to save us the frustration. I would give 0 stars but it’s not an option. Stick to what you know. You ruined my son’s curly hair. I showed you a pic and you literally gave him a mullet. Hairstyling
