Love Kim. She is my favorite. I feel I always get the best Service from her. I have had a young man last time do my nails he was very nice but you new he was new to the work but very professional and liked his work. I honestly have never really had a bad experience but 9 times out of 10 I always get Kim. I will wait for her but so many love her I do understand she can have a full day when I come in without an appointment.

My first time here. The manager did my nails. A full set with French manicure. The worst nails I have ever recieved. I had to correct her over 5 times to get what you see in the pictures. If I had not corrected her, my nails would all be at 45 degree angles. No exaggeration. I already like them low cut but due to correcting the bad shaping, they came out too short. The french tip was horrible and too thick. She did offer to redo them but I did not want to struggle again.

I will not go back to this business again, which is sad bc this is my go to, I went in to get a full set, they told me I had to wait 5 mins okay fine, two other people came in, that had no appointments, took those two before, when I said something they told me the two people that was doing there nails didn’t know how to do a full set, which was a lie bc those same two people have don’t my nails before, after they seen that I was mad after waiting 20 mins they offer to do my nails when I said I was going some where else they started talking about me in there language, very unhappy with the service that I had received, will not go back

The worst place I’ve even been. I had left my eyebrows grow full for over Three months so I could have very bushy eyebrows so they could have plenty of room to do a curved on my eyebrows but what they ended up doing was leaving me like a Japanese cartoon with my eyebrows straight, thick on the front and very thin at the end, no curve whatsoever. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. When I refused to pay they told me I had to pay because they provided the service. They did not provided the service I had asked but I still paid cause I was furious and couldn’t believe I looked like a Japanese cartoon.. if I could give them a negative star I totally would. Please don’t go there and waste your money on a service you will not get.

Very happy with my 1st visit! My tech was friendly and professional and made sure I was happy with my service before I left. I’m very picky about my nails so I was appreciative that he took his time to provide me with exceptional service. And I was in and out in about 2 hours with a gel pedicure and full set including taking my existing set off! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I have been coming here for a few years. The last few times I had the gentleman and he is not friendly at all. For my pedicure he knicked my toe and when I said ouch didn’t say a thing. It hurt for a week. He just left when done and never said anything to me. I won’t be be going back for a while. I would think you want customers to feel welcomed in your business.

It is a nice shop but the gentleman who was servicing me didn’t seem to be the least bit interested. Also I asked for a manicure and pedicure. He did the pedicure. It wasn’t a bad job but I don’t want to go back. I think if they call themselves a spa they are supposed to provide some type of spa atmosphere and they don’t do that here. This place is nice in a pinch. The day I went they may have been short staffed. It was the end of the day and everyone seemed so tired so maybe it was just that day was not a good day for the shop.
