I went to this place they made me wait for a really long time but there was only 3 people so I understood. Once I got sat down she started doing my nails and then got the colors and painted them. I got regular nail polish with acrylic nails so I had to wait for them to dry because I wanted a design. Once they dried she started doing the design. She got done with the design but messed up on the cactus so I asked for her to redo it and she did. Then she tried to put top coat on my other nails but they where not dry so it smeared. Then she wiped it off and put white coat and never redid the design. She also wiped of the other design except for the one cactus. So I walked out with only one design when I wanted 4. I got a discount but no good service. The photos are what I wanted and what I got

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time last time! My granddaughter had an appointment at 5:30 the staff did two other pedicures while my granddaughter watched. Her feelings were hurt that others were treated better than her. I had a pedicure and manicure and I chose the same color for both. I have two completely different colors!
