I paid for a couples deep tissue massage on their website, called and left a voice mail on Monday along with my phone number and never received a call back or a courtesy email the following day to make sure we get a time scheduled for my massage. What good is a voice mail if it, “Gets lost in the mix.”? In two days it will be an entire week that has gone by without anyone getting back to me. Luckily my husband was able to get someone to answer the phone today. Let’s hope the owner gives us a refund this coming Tuesday.
