Rude management!!!! Just got off the phone with Tim. Told him my hair stylist cut my hair uneven, one side of my eyebrow is much thinner than other side. Tim asked me to come in at 5:30 for Katrina to re-cut my hair, I said I was 3 hour’s away and don’t want the same stylist cutting my hair again since she messed up the first time. Tim’s response, “that’s your problem, good bye” and hung up! Great customer service, right?!?!?! I will NEVER go here again! I was extremely respectful and calm on the phone. I simply just wanted my money back or have someone else to fix my hair. And this is how they treat customers?! The building is very old and small. Not cleanest but not dirtiest either. It’s more of an “elderly salon” setting. Prices are decent. I paid 40 for style, cut and eyebrow wax. I don’t recommend this place to anyone because of the horrible service!

Never ever go to this place ,cause they don’t know how to do hair. They messed up my hair. I had a picture how I wanted my hair done,and I showed it to the hair dresser. I had blonde hair,and I want it brownish but she made me black . Plus she didn’t get my roots done. Her excuse was “it’s hard to get tinfoil all the way to the roots so it looks like they already growing back. She should stop to be a hairdresser if she doesn’t know how to do her job properly

I went in to get my hair and makeup done. It was for a wedding I was attending. The hair was done ok. The curls stayed in all day. The top part of my hair was not at all like the picture I brought in. But still ok. The makeup however is another story. The foundation was too light. They added no bronzer or contour. They didn’t give my eyebrows any shape at all. Instead they quickly ran a light pencil over them. I asked for a neutral bronze shadow. What I received was a very light almost non existent shimmer. There was no blending or multi coloring. Just one color swept over my ENTIRE eye. They attempted to saturate the color (make it more noticeable) with WATER! That didn’t work at all A very messy line of black eyeliner was added to my waterline (lower eye), which I immediately removed with a q-tip. The blush was very pale. No highligher was applied. It looked like I didn’t have any makeup on at all. I was going to be taking a ton of pictures and wanted my makeup to pop. I was very disappointed. I just paid for my services. When I returned to my hotel I added bronzer and contour. I also added to my eyeshadow and completely redid my eyebrows. The foundation provided good coverage. I did have to darken it with a bit of my own foundation which was a closer color match. I do not recommend this place for makeup. However they are very friendly which is the reason for the 3 stars.

Extremely poor phone etiquette for a business. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a salon but when I called for information it was rushed and one word answers like I had inconvenienced them for calling. If they can’t spend 2 min with me on the phone no way I’m trusting them with my hair.
