I first heard about this shop from my daughter and granddaughter during the beginning of covid 19. I finally visited the shop during the late spring of 2021. The price was reasonable. The shop was clean. The chemical smell was close to non existent. So I decided this would be my new place to go. However this year 2022 the prices went up and the service went down. They rush jobs. They aren’t as welcoming as in the previous year. The last time I went there was the day before my 65th birthday in July 2022. They had me waiting almost 2 hours to be served. It wasn’t even crowded. When the tech finally attended to me she took me to the nail station to remove the old gel. She rushed the actual clipping and filing. Then she took me to the foot station and continued to rush the job. She polished my nails sloppy. The entire time she pretended not to speak English. I pondered should i tip her. Since I’m not petty I did tip her. On my way out I heard her speaking English with a regular customer. Sad to say I will no longer use them as my salon. I waited 3 months to go to a nail salon which was yesterday. It’s up the block from them. ♀️

I am very picky. Once the salon in the mall closed, I kept my nails off for over 6 months. I was debating just doing my own. I read the reviews here and decided to try. I had Lei for a pedicure and gel manicure(will continue to go to her). She did amazing work and listened.I had wound up letting a month pass (time FLEW) and went back. My gel manicure was starting to come unraveled by then lol. This place is clean and beautiful inside.Many around here do not even sterilize their tools and can have nasty attitudes. I see they sterilize here (as salons really SHOULD be doing)and the people seem pleasant.
