I got an appointment same day the prices here are so great the salon is very clean after I left she sanitized everything and wore a mask the whole entire time I had the absolute best haircut and experience at La Perla salon my hair stylist was so professional knowledgeable about products and different types of hair the salon had so many different products to choose from she really impressed me how well she manage my crazy frizzy unmanageable damaged wavy big hair she managed my hair like it was nothing she did so well and informed me on everything I CAN be using not what I SHOULD use and do and I just love that about her my hair turned out so beautiful I haven’t been this happy about a haircut in well…Forever! I’m very disappointed I had made an appointment for November 27 and 9:00 AM I needed my hair retouched and highlights I understand that it will take a while that’s why I was giving that time because it would take a long time with my hair I was exactly at 9 o’clock and a gentleman was there as well so they decided to take one client with an appointment and one client without an appointment first and left me behind when I had an appointment I clearly don’t understand why I had to be waiting 50 minutes and still not been called so I totally understand that whoever has an appointment should come first that’s where we had an appointment we clearly know that it was a holiday but due to an should come first not just doing a haircut On a guy that clearly was taking 50 minutes or more I do understand how business works as well I know how my customers work I own a small business I wouldn’t treat them like this. I have also my kids getting their haircut in this place to but do to this I will definitely take my business else where.
