They didn’t tell me until they started taking my polish off that they didn’t have enough techs to do my set, expecting me to wait until whenever they could find someone. I was on my lunch break and did not have time for that. Had they told me that when I first checked in I would have come back later. Now I’m rushing to find somewhere to get my nails done in 20mins because my nails are weak and are definitely going to break off because they soaked them but couldn’t finish them. I really loved this place but I’m furious and definitely will never be back. I wish I could post a picture so you could see how horrible my hands look.

The ladies here are very nice and do a great job with adults and kids alike. The prices are decent and they have a lot of colors to choose from. They are busy but never too crowded and the wait is minimal if there is one at all. It is a little hidden gem in the Highlands!

The best salon my daughter and I have gone to yet. The lady that did our nails did an amazing job. We got dip full sets and my daughter got a design and she did it free hand. Anything you show them you want they can do it. She picked out our colors and all. She was wonderful and it was way past time for them to close but they stayed to finish our nails and also helped each other so they could finish what we wanted. We will definitely be going there from now on even though it’s about a 30 min drive.

I have been in Louisville for almost a year and still trying to find a nail place. After this one, I really think that I’m going back to traveling 3 hours home to West Virginia to get my nails done. The ladies that did my pedicure and manicure were very polite. The person that did my pedicure did an amazing job. The person that did my manicure was very nice and polite also. She took her time with my nails and even redid 2 bc I guess she messed them up. The reason I get gel is bc I work in the food industry and they hold up against any chemicals. At least they did until I moved to the Louisville area. The next day before doing anything at work, my pinky nail had lost almost all the polish and the middle finger I peeled two layers of the color off. Now, 2 days later, all my nails have started to chip. I have been homesick for months and now it seems like I can’t get a good manicure anywhere.

This was the best manicure I have ever had, shape wise. The nails were perfectly almond shaped, no edges underneath, smooth and even on top. With my miniature pinky nails, this is usually difficult to achieve. Biggest complaint is one pinky nail popped off 8 days after I got them, and the other pinky the next day. They lasted through my birthday though and I was so impressed with the shape and time that was spent on them that I would get them again

The staff is super friendly. I just got a regular pedicure for $35 and somehow two days later my transaction went up to $60. I didn’t put a line through the tip area on the receipt and I should’ve. However, the owner refunded the $25 to my cash app a week later. The reason I didn’t tip was because I already felt I overpaid $5 for the pedicure and the whole thing only took her like 20 minutes including the polish. It was just too fast to me.

Its my birthday week. And I’m leaving with nails looking like this. And the fact that someone let me leave like this, was all the more reason I was ready to go and not look back. Never again. Uneven. Asked for coffin/ballerina shape, yet half of them are square with rounded edges. Horrible and uneven shape. Terrible and too thick polish job. They are STILL NOT DRY after almost 2 hours. She cut them down way too short (these are my REAL NAILS I’ve been growing with acrylic overlay). Just a mess. I mentioned some of the things that bothered me and she attempted to fix them. But after each failed attempt, I just acted happy with them to eliminate further disappointment, and also to not cause a scene or ask gor free services, cause I am NOT that type.
