Perfection nails?? Wrong. Destruction nails. These people claim to be professionals but are far from it. They are lazy, rude and have little to no knowledge on basic nail care. I needed a simple acrylic soak off and instead got my nails completely ruined. He cut me twice, had zero clue what a soak off was, and left me with brittle, thin, destroyed nails that prior to the appointment were healthy. DO NOT GO HERE! if you care about your nails, AVOID THIS PLACE!

If you are looking for a place to get your nails done I recommend LA Perfection Nails. They are very friendly and have over a hundred gel nail colors. They are very reasonably priced and do an excellent job. I will definitely go there when ever I am in town.

Diamond needs to just go ahead & retire because clearly she hates her job. I had been getting my nails done here for over 8 years & while they do decent work the staff is extremely rude. I stopped coming for about 2 years because I just couldn’t tolerate the disrespect any longer. The new salon I was going to relocated, so I figured I would give this place another shot. Diamond immediately recognized me from 2 years before & seemed very excited about my return & even asked where I had been. Both the nail & customer service was great that day as well as my next visit. By my 3rd visit, I noticed they had shifted back to their old ways. And not just towards me. I would sit back & witness them mistreating other customers as well. Not acknowledging customers when they walk in, blatantly ignoring people who ask questions & making people soak their feet for over an hour while they tend to other customers who arrived later (without an appointment). But I tried to stick it out & be a loyal customer, but my last visit was the last straw. I went in for a pedicure & a refill, I arrived at 3pm, and didn’t leave until 8:15pm. I should have just left but I was desperate because I had an event to attend the next morning. I sat on the couch for an hour, then soaked my feet for over an hour, and after my feet were done I sat on the couch for another 45 minutes. It was a disaster. Meanwhile there were about 7 people who arrived after me who somehow were all finished & had left before me. The shop was literally closed for business by the time I was done. Then to top it all off, she tried to overcharge me by $15, and I told her the price didn’t seem right & she quickly adjusted the price to the correct amount very nonchalantly which made it seem more intentional rather than an honest mistake. I’m sure they do this all of the time & people just don’t catch it. Not to mention I was apart of their reward program for 2 years & never received any discount of any sort. You mean to tell me that twice a month for 3 years straight I have been submitting my info into your reward system & received nothing in return? Doesn’t add up. I was patient, I compromised, and I tipped well every single time despite how horrible the service was. I am DONE! And I could tell by the look on Diamonds face that she knew she had lost me for good this time.
