Worst place ever. People is rude and careless. The lady making the pedicure burned my feet with the gel lamp she left me alone holding the lamp with my other foot to get her phone for a while. So unprofessional. At the end she started to work on her feet meanwhile my nails were drying and she definitely had a very sick nail with fungi. Then she wanted to touch my nails without washing her hands . All the tools are dirty… Horrible experience, they burned and cut my fingers as well. Never going back.

I normally go to another place but couldn’t get in right away so gave it a chance. The lady was nice who did my nails but they are too bulky and she pushed my cuticles back too far. The price was insane compared to others (even with new prices everywhere) and I’m wondering if I was just given a “special price” because I wasn’t a regular customer. Won’t be returning.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Ive been going to this place for a few years and never had a problem. Unfortunately, yesterday I had an appointment with an unknown male. When he arrived he seemed annoyed, and or miserable. He was rude and aggressive while giving me the pedicure. I have scratches on my legs and my nails have bubbles in it. He also did not polish the side of ALL my fingernails just horrible. Will NEVER go back!!

This is my normal go to, the owner at the first desk on the right does my nails. On this specific day I called early in the day to make an appointment for myself and my daughter for her birthday. Upon arrival, we signed in…sat down and waited for 25 min before the gentleman in slacks came up and said she left for the day we don’t have time meanwhile there were several other people there.

1 star for the quick service. Unfortunately the quick service lacked in quality. I had to walk back in 5 minutes later to fix minor issues I had seen after walking outside. Nail polish was all around my nails. They looked lumpy/uneven and my cuticles looked like trash. 1 star for prompt correction of nail polish issue (sort of as pictured). Afterwards the lady then decides to put lotion on my hands with a hot rag after the fact. Which I did not get initially.

My wife and I just tried LA perfection I must say the place was very clean got seated quickly, very friendly, my wife says her nails are very pretty and amazing pedicure. I am writing this because I went online and checked out the reviews and I was skeptical because it was so many negative reviews but after the service this is why I am writing to confirm that our visit was not unpleasant, we will no longer be going to our old place this will be our new place LA professional gets a thumbs up.
