I went to this salon because my mom does her hair there and recommended me so I’d figure I give it a try. Unfortunately I wanted a balayage/ombre and turned out to be the worse experience ever the owner had told me she could do it exactly like the photo I showed her and when she was finished I look at my hair and it was nothing even close to the picture. I told her she tried to correct it by making the blonde darker which she had to fix but she also made the roots a brownish/redish and the hair inspo pic roots were not even that color total mess. It’s very unfortunate that this happened because I still had to pay then she wanted a tip plus now I have to pay another hair stylist to have it corrected. I repeat do not come here unless you want to waste your money or have someone screw up your hair.

I used to be a frequent customer of this salon, and was going to get my hair done because I had an important event to attend to the same evening. Little did I know my hair would become a mess, they left the highlights on my hair for an excessive period of time, my hair was starting to break an dry up. I was forced to remove them myself because of the hairdressers incompetence. Overall I will never be returning and recommend you don’t either.

Went today for eyebrows done this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never go there again. Was there 4 months ago Lilly did my eyebrows very happy with her. Today TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE. Wax stuck to my face eyebrows uneven the lady put something on my eye to remove the wax that was stuck an burned my skin irritated my eye. Was there 2 hrs ago an my eye is still blurry.

Fifi was terrific for nails and pedicure. Ive seen how all the girls work with elderly clients who are diabled to keep them safe , comfortable and happy. The shop is always clean.

I randomly searched hair salons near me on a Sunday in hopes that a place would be open that could fix my botched orange hair and I stumbled on this place. Ben answered on the first ring and said he could take me right away. He was kind, friendly and best of all he did the most beautiful color correction I have ever seen. My hair is gorgeous and I feel fantastic. After being teased for a week at work for having orange hair and feeling so low I didn’t think this would happen for me. Ben was a professional and a delight. Thank you so much for the best hair I have ever had. PS he is like Edward scissor hands, I’ve never seen a stylist hold 3 pairs of scissors simultaneously while layering your hair, it was more than impressive, I wish I would have recorded him in action!!! Thank you again

Friendly, comfortable place that does great work and goes the extra mile. I get haircut and mani-pedi, and I’ve been very happy with the results. I have a problem with my nails growing out of control, but they are now growing out clean, smooth, and healthy. The only problem I’ve had is a little trouble making appointments, but walk-in service has been excellent. If you’re seeking a place for regular visits, you should definitely give them a try.

It was a terrible. The lady didn’t even know how to cut hair. I keep telling her how to cut. then charged me more then what it said. Charged me for a trim because she couldn’t fix it. That’s why there no one there. Where I go in Gilroy, she is always full of people she know what she is doing.
