Terrible service and attitude. I took my mom and she was asking for pedicures and gel manicure. She didn’t like the first color and she was deciding to choose another color. In the meanwhile the two ladies who was doing her nails start making fun of that and laugh at her and non stop talking in none English language and I found it very unprofessional and rude.

The atmosphere itself is extremely welcoming in not only it’s ambience, but also asthetically pleasing. Not to mention the fact that as males walking in, my partner and I aren’t looked at sideways, which is a huge plus!

Classic mani and pedis for my husband and I today were great! All staff were very friendly! Great work by Lynn who did my mani and pedi. I forgot the other 2 ladies names that cleaned up my husband, but they were also very nice! Awesome massage chairs, very clean salon and great nail polish selection! Love that they have OPI and Zoya and the latest colors, as well as the classics! Will definitely come back!

I used to be a regular here but have stopped coming after 3+ negative incidents. They just don’t care about their customers or staff. My last 2 appointments started more than 15 min late. Due to poor management, the talented staff members don’t stay long, and their revolving door of employees mean you never know what quality of service you’ll get–I’ve had one of my worst waxes ever there, and sone of my best with one technician who has since left due to the aforementioned poor management.
