I love to get my hair done there by Gabby, but I hate how they want us to refer people yet never give you the 20% discount. They tried to say the referrals never told them. Yet one was my daughter, who comes in with me all the time who said she told them I referred her. Another was an old coworker who went and the Stylist told me she came in bc of me, yet no referral discount. Referred my mother, two other coworkers and many more….nope nothing. It’s just frustrating to love your stylist, but not the inability to follow through on the basic marketing procedures.

My experience with La Novita was excellent. The setting was very spacious for social distance, clean and very friendly every time I went for massage. Today’s experience was wonderful with Michelle. She was amazing; very professional, friendly and punctual. Last time I went there Lisa did my massage and; she was amazing as well with the same great quality.
