Worst service ever. They will sell you anything, lashes, toes, waxing, but trust me, say no. The guy standed over the desk to do my eyebrows and brought out a razor i said NO. There was no customers on Monday and they still rushed the service bringing out a pile of water for pedicure to be done the same time as manicure. My nails are crooked and they left my old nail polish on my toes and charged me $105. I will not be going back. I went to billy & Mimi, they are very nice but i do not recommend the service.

Never come here they do awful job I came in for a gel manicure and he want to put acrylic nails on me and I said no so he just cut my nail and paint them no fill or take the pieces in the side and then he said if I want glitter and I said no so he just did one coat of the color until I ask him to do another one but he was so mean and bad cause I didn’t want to add anything else. Will never come back her again his name is billy

They don’t have any customer service. Pedicure was done in 15 minutes. The lady next to me was there before I got in my chair and was still there when I left. Services, Jess, not good at all. Was going to get a manicure but after my pedicure I change my mind. No thank you don’t go here

I’m only rating my nail guy Tommy number 14. I randomly decided to try this place out last year in May to get my acrylics fixed because I went to another place before and I just wasn’t happy so I got Tommy by luck and I was completely satisfied with his work. He is amazing! The next two times I went I got two other people and I was not happy at all with their work so from then on I only let Tommy touch my nails because each time I leave I’m always satisfied with his work. He’s fast, efficient, and always gives me what I want. He’s definitely my nail guy and I always get complimented on my nails even though they’re always so simple. Tommy is the best!

This is the second time this exact thing has happened. I show up and I immediately show them a picture of what I want..they agree. I don’t remember who it was just that it was a guy. But I asked them if this can be done. Cool. We sit down and he starts my nails once it gets to the design this guy comes out with another color and random diamonds? Not what I wanted. I ask him if he can do it and he says he can’t but he has alternatives? I’m not happy in that case I would have chosen a simpler design but my nails were already shaped. I kept asking him why didn’t he tell me couldn’t do it and he just ignored me just kept pretending not to hear me and paint my nails. The only reason I went was because I had a last minute event and the new place that I found was booked. I shouldn’t have gone. They did that before I asked if they can design leopard print. They said yes when it came to the painting of the nails they tell me they can’t do that design.

I just came back from this shop and I can tell you that the service I received was not good. Some of my nails were crooked and I had acrylic fallin underneath the nail. I feel that I was over charged because this is not the work of $50.

To begin with the guy at the front desk looked unbothered and seemed like he didn’t want to work there. My manicure has a little hair in it. Can’t take it off without messing it because I got gel. For pedicure they made my big toe bleed. And now it hurts when I walk. I should have read reviews before going but I was in a time frame. I have pictures too.
