Critical: QualityWent in there because I was in the area. They were not busy. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Sat in chair less than 10 minutes when she started to paint. Had to tell her several times I wanted my toes shaped. Then she started putting gel on toes. Apparently they only have gel. No polish! I do not put gel on toes. Paid for my unpolished toes that were not even properly cleaned. I could have put my own feet in water. Terrible job!!! Pictures were taken just after I left. Terrible. Went in there because I was in the area. They were not busy. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Sat in chair less than 10 minutes when she started to paint. Please stay away from this shop !!! They are rude and disrespectful. Asked them to properly remove stones and they yelled at me and told me if i didn’t like it leave and go somewhere else. Also another customer asked for her nails to be painted a certain way. They said yes and painted them different from what she asked. When she said something oh we don’t have thoss colors. They have bad customer service. I will never set foot in this place. I have never been spoken to that rudely for asking for a sercice.

Worse experience ever! Showed them a picture they said they could do it then they did the worse job and refused to fix it said that the picture I provided was ugly. The design the did was ugly the shape is ugly it’s a mess! My toddler would have done a better job! I do not recommend!!! The day before Thanksgiving, an experienced nail tech did my nails. It was the worst experience. He pinched my skin several times, nail polish chipped the next day. The polish on my toenails was poorly done. I returned the day after Thanksgiving. Same experience. When I returned again, several nail techs were laughing as if to say “she back again.” I request and suggested a different nail tech. He was experienced and I finally got only my fingernails polished the correct way. Seems that they were overwhelmed with customers and their quality of service was the worst and the value of interacting with their customers was poor.

They rush on your nails and do sloppy work! They are filthy! Don’t clean their tools or sanitize. Their towels smell bad and they don’t wash them after use. They use them for pedicures, roll them up and put them back in their cabinet. I have seen old dead skin fall off of them when they unroll them to reuse. They will argue with you, yell at you and make you feel very uncomfortable. I would never ever go back there or recommend anyone to receive this nasty service. They only care about money!
