I have gone many times and even though I have had scheduled appointments I have waited an hour to get my nails done. I was scheduled at 10. 10:20 I am still sitting there and 2 women came in after me and they were taken in right away . That’s enough for me! I am tired of places thinking you have nothing to do other than sit and wait for them. No one even spoke to me to let me know they were running late. Done for good with this place!!!

It was very nice. Very relaxing. The employees are super nice. They take great care of you. Their main priority is you. This was my first time going and I’ll definitely be back. The guy who did my nails did great. (I believe his name is zachem) They are strong, beautiful and I’m in love with them. Not to mention he had really soft hands.

The Spa is clean & the service is really good. Douglas takes his time & always adds an artistic flair to my favorite… a french manicure. He speaks English well and is very personable. He always offers a glass of wine or other beverage. They have the nice massage chairs & I noticed all the equipment has been sterilized and a separate sterilized bag is used for each customer. They play great music & have two televisions. I have been there twice, but they now have a regular customer. Couldn’t be more pleased with the facility and the great customer service.

Friendly staff. My daughter and I both went in for Gel manicures. Her manicurist was great – think her name is Bennie. She sits at desk #2. Mine, however, was very rough and did not take care to not damage my nails. I’m not sure his name, but he sat at desk #5. He did not ask what shape I wanted them before he very rough and harshly re-shaped them square (they were very long and rounded-my preference). I had to go back 2 days later for a redo because of several dents/divots in the polish and he was worse – very rough and filed off over a millimeter of length. He did not clean and dry the nail or apply a nail prep before putting the base coat. So I’m not expecting this polish to last long. It’s a good thing I paid for the experience and memories with my daughter and not just the manicure. Pretty polish though – cat-eye magnet type – Flare #35.

They do a wonderful job on my nails I get the Nexgen dip manicure. It’s the fourth one that I’ve gotten and I just love them they last for several weeks for me anyway and they don’t don’t smudge, chip, nada nothing zilch. It is much better than the gel. Everyone there is very nice and everyone there is Vietnamese. It’s clean and friendly and walk-ins are welcome.

Super clean and very accommodating. Kevin and Joe always do a fantastic job and make sure I leave happy. I always get stilettos and my design and color always are bright, blinged out, and/or different and they never disappoint. Deluxe pedicure is a must!
