This is my first time at the salon, and when I walked in it was a very clean environment. My nail technician was Peter and he was really good. The only thing that I did not like was when I had called to ask for a fill the lady told me it would only be $25. I do not like when some nail salons. The people do not tell you that having a certain shape or doing this or the nail length or whatever is going to be an extra fee. It’s like they want you to pay more without telling you, and that just feels like a scam . So I ended up paying $40 but for what ? I had brought my own nail polish and the link shouldn’t have mattered because it was shorter than what I had originally started with. Plus, it was regular acrylic. I miss the old days when nail technicians didn’t rip you off but good thing I’m moving back to Texas because my nail technician Terry there is for sure rare.

The worst nail shop in town! The lady at the front thinks she’s good at nails and she’s the worst in the nail shop! Would never recommend them ever! She’s even bad at eyebrows. I’ve NEVER met someone with so much confidence at a nail shop, but does the worst service. Too overpriced, with bad service and a bad experience equals horrible business!

Critical: ProfessionalismI had a formal wedding to go to. I went to get got my nails done manicure and pedicure and my eyebrows done. The nail tech suggested next gen nails. I had them do black polish for the formal wedding. Every thing went fine and I paid well over 100 plus tips for their services. I went back today to get a polish change today . At first I was told that I wanted to change the color to purple but was told by 2 techs that I had to go with red to cover the black color I had. The tech started the process but I could not understand her broken English. Next thing I know they removed my nails and just put polish on my natural nails. I did not have my nails on for a week when the removed them without explaining what they were doing. I was so upset with the lack of explanation I left in tears. My husband called and tried to speak to a manager or owner but they did not want to come to the phone. My husband told the person on the phone they needed to fix this. He asked why the original tech did not tell her that she could not change the black color . The person said they don’t do that. In my opinion that is bad customer service . I had a formal wedding to go to. I went to get got my nails done manicure and pedicure and my eyebrows done. The nail tech suggested next gen nails. I had them do black polish for the formal wedding. Bad customer service, they can’t match the colors on the nail polish samples they have at the salon, then when they try to match it they charge extra, my wife always leaves disappointed and sad when she gets her nails done here, and it’s not cheap either, not recommended.

Ive had pedicures here before and they were great… well today I came in to get dipping nails and it started out great but as soon as the guy that was doing my nails had another client lined up behind me he rushed and there’s no way that he finished doing my nails like he was supposed to. My cuticles we’re not clipped and I still had dried dip powder on my skin he definitely did not take his time once the dip was on my nails. The only reason this place is getting three stars is because of their pedicures my nails are really would’ve turned out beautiful if he would of just finished like he was supposed to

Honestly my nails weren’t the best for the amount of money I spent but I was extremely disappointed about my feet. I knew the lady wasn’t doing the correct steps. She didn’t even take all the dead skin off she just scrubbed it and that’s it. It still felt rough and for the money I PAID FOR it was not worth it at all! Never AGAIN will go to this nail salon. I left this nail salon not satisfied at all and regretted spending my hard earned money here.
