If I could give 0 stars I would… The worse nail shop in Richmond to go to. Came here twice at 6pm the time says 730pm closing …the lady stated it’s over an hour wait when only one person was in there. The lady is lazy and has a horrible attitude walked around the shop for a hr and half just to keep me waiting Horrible service and treatment. Don’t waste. your time or money, the nails don’t last.

Went in at 5 and 2 people working. 1 person leaving, another walked in 1 min before me and I in the chair. I’m not greeted but rudely and bluntly told “we’re busy, come back later” and dismissed. You all provide a service but no customer service or kindness to the very community that keeps you in business. I will never come back here nor will anyone I know ✌️

This nail salon is such an amazing value! The staff is professional and friendly, and the place feels very clean. Every pedicure I have gotten here has been thoroughly relaxing, not at all rushed, and beautifully done. I rarely find nail salons that spend this much time on you for such a good price. This is my husband and I’s go-to salon.
