Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for dip nails and she immediately started cutting my nails off. At first I thought she was evening then out but she cut them all super short. She then starts to put tips on and I said I just wanted my real nails. Instead of dipping my nails in the powder she then applied it with a brush which took extra time. It was very painful when she was filing them with a file and using the electric one. I didn’t like how they looked and all my fingers hurt from the little cuts. I went in for dip nails and she immediately started cutting my nails off. At first I thought she was evening then out but she cut them all super short. She then starts to put tips on and I said I just wanted my real nails. Instead of dipping my nails in the powder she then applied it with a brush which took extra time. most painful experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. lady made me bleed several times and she destroyed my cuticles. while my nailbeds were bleeding she continued to scrub them with a nail file. everytime i winced she roughly grabbed my hand and pulled it back to her. it was like she was rushing to get me out. nails looked decent in the end but she didn’t clean up under the nail at all, and i have a scab on one of my nails where she cut me deep. worst experience ever.

I wasn’t very satisfied with this place. There was only 2 workers (it was early on a Sunday). I patiently waited for them to finish. I wish now that I hadn’t. The lady that gave me my pedicure was not very good. She totally skipped filing and cutting them. Then when I noticed she was about to paint I had to stop and tell her to clip and file them they were sharp! I’m not sure if she wasnt understanding what I was saying or what. Then the nail polish was like 100 years old and tacky. Even after 2 hours of being on. It looked horrible. I dont recommend them. I’m either going to fix my nails myself or end up going somewhere else to have them fixed.

Went to get a pedicure yesterday. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I get pedicures regularly. I had shellac on my toe nails and instead on grinding it off, the woman doing my pedicure chose to file it off with a hand file which resulted in me bleeding in numerous spots around my nails because she was also filing my skin. Then she ripped the remaining shellac off which resulted in her ripping literally half of my toe nail off with it. No acknowledgement or apology was made that I was bleeding in numerous spots on my feet and toes. Will never go here again.

My experience I had today at this nail salon was horrible.First off I am a African American woman. When I told her the services that I was wanting which add up to $75 dollars. She kept telling me the price as if I didn’t have the money. She just slopped my nails together as If she was rushing to get me out. My nails are not what I wanted but I paid for them anyway. I will NEVER come to this place again.

My lady sped through my “deluxe” pedicure treatment and my feet felt the same as when I first walked in. Went back to ask for more heel scrubbing. I expected for her to soak my feet again but instead she grated my feet dry and ended up being worse. Pedicure

Rose gets 5 stars because she did an amazing job on my pedicure and she’s so much fun. However my nails are a nightmare.. after using a polish that was clearly old and me saying that halfway through because my shellac was straight gross yellowish, finally I got a manager and they took it off and put a red color on and my nails are a MESS. Super disappointed because I still paid $45 for this disaster. Will definitely be going elsewhere, if you go there make sure you ask for Rose!

This place used to be so good. I noticed the bad reviews started after the lockdown. They probably lost a lot of their best people. Now it’s awful. They are rude and pushy about upsetting. They did a terrible job on my nails. There was still dirt under my nails when they were finished. Very low grade work. I hope things turn around for them.
