Worst experience EVER!!!!!!! I made an apt with Juan who is the only one good there… I waited 20 minutes to have him do my nails because he was having lunch…. then he did my acrylics and had another client show up. Since he was running behind he had another lady do my nails and she was absolutely AWFUL!!!!!! I left very unhappy and will NEVER go back! What a joke! Besides that they turned away two people while I was there for 2 HOURS that had apts and they couldn’t fit them in! I would never go here ever again! Worse experience! And to top it off she still charged me $40! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

I came in to get my acrylics taken off with my roommate. My nail tech started to do the method of using other fake nails to take mine off. My set didn’t have any gaps for that to work so instead my nail tech started to break my nails to make it work. I told her it was painful and she started yelling at me. I asked her when we sat down to use the dremel to avoid damaging my nails. She ignored me and said she didn’t hurt me because I wasn’t bleeding. She also blamed me because my nails were “to thin”. I was shaking and trying not to cry I was in so much pain. The sides of my nails are cracked and very damaged. I will never be coming back. If I could give this place no stars I would. The last photo is my roommates nails compared to mine. We went in to get the same thing done and I left with my nails extremely damaged.

Absolutely love this place. Lin is the owner and is also a technician. It’s a family business and they take pride in their work. They take on huge groups and make it work. Bridal parties (Son’s wedding) were well taken care of. There was 11 brides maids at one time.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I made a reservation for my wife and 2 daughters to get their nails done before school starts tomorrow. They got there 10 mins early and the lady said oh sorry we got too busy for your appointment. What’s the purpose of making an appointment a week in advance if your going to not hold our spot. Super disappointed and will never go here again. Such a horrible business practice.

I will never step foot into that salon again.. The girl that did my nails filed every single one of my fingers and for 3 days I have not been able to do anything with them because they hurt so bad. My friend and I went in there for an appointment and she sat there for an hour and a 1/2 and they hardly even acknowledged her and couldn’t do her nails. I wish I had my $45 back. Lousy Service!!!
