Absolutely the worst service! My wife and her mom went to get pedicures. My wife came home with a bleeding toe, the guy cut her toenails so short she is going to have the worst ingrown toenail’s. Can barely walk 2 days afterwards. The place is so gross. Not clean what so ever and they hardly wash the tools will never be going back and will most likely end up at the emergency room to fix my toes

I got a basic pedicure and that was fine. Was happy with that service and how my nails turned out. That’s not why I took away 3 stars… DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED!!!! I was taken to a dirty room in the back, bunch of random stuff just piled up, the bed they told me to lay on had a stained blanket and dirty pillow that they obviously do not change between clients and I would be surprised if they were washed it within the last month… this made my stomach turn, especially during covid times they should sanitize between each guest… the woman rushed and my eyebrows are completely uneven. One is higher than the other and they are two completely different shapes. I think she knew she messed up too because she didn’t even hand me a mirror to ask how I liked them, just said “ok” then ran out of the room. By the time I realized she completely messed up my eyebrows, she was already with another client doing nails and so I was too embarrassed to go over to her in front of other clients and I didn’t want her to attempt to fix them just to mess them up more.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is was I wanted and what I got. The lady who did my nails was rude, aggressive and disrespectful. The shape is incorrect. She drilled off my cuticles and didn’t use the scissors, she slammed the led light on my finger and made it bleed, then that messed up the nail which she blamed on me. My fingers are glued to my nails and the paint job is horrible. It’s streaky, it is uneven. 1000% do not recommend going here.This is was I wanted and what I got.
