I tried out LA Nails for the first time today and was so so so happy that I did! Karen was absolutely amazing and gave me her full attention the entire time. Not only was Karen’s conversation fantastic but my nails are so much better than I could’ve even asked for. I was the only customer there and got the real royal treatment. I told he it wasn’t like the picture I didn’t want the Rhinestone because they were nothing like I want it to look. The worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten! I showed the lady a picture of the pedicure I wanted she did the total opposite. I told he it wasn’t like the picture I didn’t want the Rhinestone because they were nothing like I want it to look. If I could give a zero I would. I came here April 24,2018 to get a gel manicure she proceeded to do my nails in a hurry my nails looked worst then her chipped off nail polish on her fingers. I don’t know why I didn’t tell her how horrible they looked, I just wanted to get out of there I almost left my coat and it was snowing. This place is beyond horrible go at your own risk. I believe she knew she did a horrible job and could care a less she charged me $25. I went to another nail salon right after to have it removed. ladies don’t go here trust me I never complain I’m a very easy going person but this was horrible!!!!!
