I have been to this salon several times over the summer while in Mountain Home. Never again will I go! I showed the gentleman a picture and picked out several colors for a French tip. He went and got the base I supposedly picked out. After he applied to 1 finger I told him I thought it was to dark he assured me it would lighten. I asked several times as he was applying to my nails. So when it came to the tip I told them it was to dark I would just leave it today. They were super busy and asked if I could come back later in week to redo. His wife kept yelling at me that’s what I picked out and I should know the number. When I went to pay for both my dip and pedicure she started again when I asked to get an appointment. I tried to be nice in front of everyone, but I finally told them to forget it and paid for service. I do not recommend this business and will not go back. I don’t need a lecture in front of everyone! I have been to City Nails and always got good service. They didn’t have any appt times until late – next time I will wait on them!

Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could leave a zero I would. The lady left my toe nails rough, and polish all over. She left little bumps on my dipped finger nails. Also asked for matching color she said no problem. My hands are a light green and my feet are a dark green. I would stay away from here.Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

I have been a regular for about 6 months, but the last 2 visits have been awful. I make an appointment, so I don’t have to wait. Both times, they have been over booked. Both times, my nails were rushed. The first time, I didn’t even get a a full pedicure but had to pay the same price. I will not be back. Pedicure, Manicure

I never give these type of reviews but the lady was very rude, she kept smacking my hand and yanking my wrist she made one of my fingers bleed. and when i showed her a picture of what i wanted, she eventually went off the picture and started doing whatever she wanted to do. in the end I got ripped off then she assumed she could keep 5 extra bucks. Not even 30 minutes after i left the salon the tips of the nails started to turn green and brown and it was not a good experience, I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here to get my nails fixed due to another place doing poorly. When I left I was in a huge amount of pain and my cuticles were bleeding. Also, there was white stuff all over my fingers and under my nails. It was $55 and the pedicure was $45. The prices listed on the wall were different than what they charged me. I usually don’t leave reviews like this but it hurts to even move my fingers now and I have two children to care for. I came here to get my nails fixed due to another place doing poorly. When I left I was in a huge amount of pain and my cuticles were bleeding. Also, there was white stuff all over my fingers and under my nails. It was $55 and the pedicure was $45. The prices listed on the wall were different than what they charged me. The heart on my middle finger is not good at all a toddler could do better. Very sloppy you can see through it. My left nails are shorter by a LOT. And they were shaped like razor blades. Not really satisfied with my new set of acrylic nails, wrong color, plus not near enough of the powder used, they are more thin like gel nails instead of acrylics. Service was ok, had appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes, so they were kind of slow working on the nails, so a 2 hour visit for 2 different appointments, 2 different techs, was over 2 1/2hours before we got out of there. Another thing, they only take CASH n checks, NO debit cards, was told $35 each, so went to ATM, got the cash, then in the middle of our appt., They each of us it would b $10 more for the nail polish, then somewhere, price went up again, I got polished and one nail on each hand painted silver, that’s it. So ended up being$55 plus tip. Negotiate prices before you start the process!
