The purple color is fine, what I picked out. I had wanted a yellow color with it. The original color I picked apparently faded (his words) from the sun and looked more grayish orange. I told him I wanted more of a yellow color, so he got some other color and it looked nude. Third time, the yellow in the pic is what I ended up with. I am happy with the color, but the quality is TERRIBLE!!! The more I have looked at my nails, the more I see wrong. Two nails on my left hand aren’t shaped correctly or even the same length as the other nails. He nicked one finger (he apologized when I showed him – it happens, but it just adds the less than acceptable quality. The dip polish is ragged and just messy. I don’t live in Jeff City, so will need my regular salon shape these up and make them presentable.

Critical: QualityThe man was very friendly but nail quality on the other hand was terrible! I still have left over paint on my new nails that I did not catch until after they were done also they were very rough while doing them.

Horrible experience. Technician refused to do what I asked, and argued with me about what I wanted. After giving up on my request with him, I asked the manager to fix an issue. I then left and called the manager to complain about the bad experience. He stated he would wait for me so he could fix my nails. I came back and he complained the whole time about how long it took me to get back. He still didn’t do my nails as I asked. I had to go back a third time (with reinforcements) before he would do my nails as I asked them to be done. I would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible service, rude technicians. Never again.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten.They did not sanitize one thing. The towel on the table have nail clippings on it, the cuticle trimmer still have OTHER people’s skin on it and my gel nails have already chipped (this will be day 3)

the whole time i felt like a chore…. the atmosphere was very negative and i was there to get a fill done. I watched two people get their nails done before mine and when they got to me, they switch off from me and another girl who walked in about 45 min after me. i felt unimportant and got out of there in 2 hours. when they handled my hand it hurt…im not going back

3 days after going there, my nail polish is coming off, my friends nails are already coming off after a weeks and half. Never go there. They go to fast, they don’t take their time AT ALL. Do NOT recommend this!!
