Normally I would have given this business a high rating but the unprofessionalism in the response I had gotten when my polish started cracking less than a week later and they didn’t want to do anything about it, I will not be returning to this nail salon. Sad when you’ve been a returning customer and it seems like they couldn’t careless if you went and took your business elsewhere. Had to push and express my disappointment, where a refund was finally issued when all I really cared about was them fixing my nails. Didn’t really care much for a refund, just to stand by their work.

Critical: ValuePedicurist did not trim my toenails! Pedicure basic. I was shocked. Just did a salt scrub of foot. Did not clean bottom of my foot. Did not give me a foot and leg lotion massage! Did not wrap my legs in stream cloth! Charged me the same for service as I would get all the above elsewhere. When she did my nail fills I ask for hand and arm lotion message and she said no. I said I will pay for extra. She still said no. I’m glad I will never have to come to Pontiac again. I went there just to try, and it was amazing. Everyone is very very friendly, I had a great time! Plus they take their time and the manicure is very well done! I will definitely coming back there. I live in Pontiac since only few months and I am not a manicure addict. I just do sometimes no-chip manicure but I always feel it is too expensive. I went there just to try, and it was amazing. Everyone is very very friendly, I had a great time! Plus they take their time and the manicure is very well done! I will definitely coming back there. Have been here three times now and have no complaints. Tony is friendly, smiles and greets you as you enter. Very professional and does a great job. Highly recommend. So glad I stopped going to the other place where the old K Mart used to be.
