I’ve been here in the past and never had a problem. This time there were 2 workers, an older man and younger one. The older one did my nails and was extremely rough and in a hurry. There was no one else waiting so there was no reason to be so rude, rough and in a hurry. He was sloppy and even was hitting my hand as he was wanting me to hurry up and give him the other one. He also missed my silver nail and just painted it one color. Then offered to fix it but I honestly wanted to leave and was almost in tears because I was treated so pourly. I will NEVER go back again.

He used grinder/and burned me cut my cuticle and the shop is not clean as it was with previous owners. While i wish them well I won’t be back. Anthony (Tony) took care of me for mani/pedi and was very friendly. I had a gift certificate that they honored despite being under new ownership. He used grinder/and burned me cut my cuticle and the shop is not clean as it was with previous owners. While i wish them well I won’t be back. Critical: QualityI went for a manicure and pedicure about a week ago. They were the worst I have ever received. The shop is filthy. The man who was taking care of my manicure and pedicure talked on the phone the entire time. When he wasn’t talking on the phone he had one eye on the TV watching the Olympics. The pedicure was poorly done. He did not use a basecoat or a topcoat on the polish. The manicure was even worse. Again, no basecoat, no topcoat.He used a Dremel tool on my natural nail. Did not condition my cuticles or even push them back. This place is disgusting. I am sorry I didn’t leave once I realized how dirty it was. But, the guy that answered the phone twice said that he would have to appointments at the same time. The lady that also did my nails was singing there whole entire time. This place is also sooooo dirty when my feet were soaking in the water I seen a big spider crawling across the floor. A lady also walked in while I was getting my nails done and she had to wait at least 25 minutes to get into the chair for a pedicure. SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. They got 1 star because you can’t give ZERO. Do not go here to be tortured and burned by drills. I have 4 drill burns so bad that they are bleeding. He superglued a nail instead of fixing it, used acrylic to fill in my 3wk old powder dips instead of starting over fresh, they’re not symmetrical, just an absolute horrible overall experience and final product. He saw that I was bleeding, apologized, and seemed to be offended that I didn’t say “It’s ok”…I just said “ok”. He offered hand lotion at the end, I declined because it was scented. He still offered a hand massage with the same Lavender lotion, I said “no, thank you. I’m in a hurry. I need to get home to feed my kids”. This noticably irrated him and he responded with “Well, I have kids at home, too. 4 kids.” He’s lucky I paid. NEVER AGAIN!

O.k. so here goes, are the gel nail blue light machines disinfected? The one I had to use was dirty, really dirty & she did not wipe it down with anything! Made me cringe! Also my gel nail polish only lasted about a week and had to be removed due to ends chipping off. Not to happy with the experience.

If I could rate zero i would. The lady told my sister in-law, my mom and myself that they had a deal of a nail dip and a pedicure would only cost $40 a person. When it came time to pay Henry didnt know what the three of us had done. He then spit out that it would cost $65 a person. I tried to tell him that they lady said their was a deal going on but he did not listen and talked over me. over all paid $195 and the work that we had done was not good at all.

He was mocking me and then yelled at me claiming i was being rude to him. I then felt so uncomfortable and told him that i don’t need a fill today and then asked what i owed him for taking my color off. All offended he said “whats going on?!” And then “whatever, you owe me nothing!” And regardless, i handed him a $5 tip and he threw it at me. I ran out crying. I couldn’t believe it happened to me. There is more to this situation, too much to type. But the entire experience is something i never want to deal with again. The way i was treated today by anthony (think thats his name) was so bad! Waited 20mins after my apt was supposed to start while they took walk-ins and made me wait.(I did not make a comment about it) Then I ran out crying because i was so embarrassed by the way he made me feel about myself.
