La Nails

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my 3 children went to get our nails done here on Saturday. The guy that did my nails would not converse with me. Then the guy told me that we need appointments if more then one person walks in at a time, but they say walk ins welcome. When we were done I paid with my debit/credit card. The company charged my card an extra $30 and told me it would be back on my card in 24 hours. When I called this place of business they said it would now be another 24 hours because credit card companies don’t work on weekends. They also gave me a number to call to get the refund. They have no sign up and did not tell me about the extra fee until I walked out to my car and saw the amount on the receipt and the amount charged was different. I paid the tip in cash and put all zeros for the tip on my receipt. Now when I call from my phone they refuse to answer and now it’s the end of another business day and I still have not gotten my money back.Services: Acrylic nails, ManicureMe and my 3 children went to get our nails done here on Saturday. Me and my 3 children went to get our nails done here on Saturday. The guy that did my nails would not converse with me. Then the guy told me that we need appointments if more then one person walks in at a time, but they say walk ins welcome. When we were done I paid with my debit/credit card. Everyone is always so nice and respectful and constantly making sure i feel comfortable!!! Not to mention the unforgettable laughs I get when I go here! I’ve been going here since I was 9 and for years since I was a little girl I’ve loved going there. it’s a place with one of my most favorite memories of my mom and all the girls days we had here. I went here for all my school dances and any family events I had because they always do such a great job and I absolutely love the atmosphere! This place will forever hold a special place in my heart! I’ve been going to LA NAILS for YEARS and I love talking to all of them! Everyone is always so nice and respectful and constantly making sure i feel comfortable!!! Not to mention the unforgettable laughs I get when I go here! I’ve been going here since I was 9 and for years since I was a little girl I’ve loved going there. it’s a place with one of my most favorite memories of my mom and all the girls days we had here. Critical: QualityI would give zero stars if I could!! Went there 2 different times and both times my acrylic nails started popping off 2-3 days after my fill. Went back and told them they didn’t last and all I get is ya ya we fix your nail and of course I paid for it!! Learned my lesson after the second time( should have after the first) a week out and all but 2 have popped off(that includes the new ones they fixed). Ugh so frustrating!! Went back and told them they didn’t last and all I get is ya ya we fix your nail and of course I paid for it!!
