Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been in the area for over a year and have been lookingfor the right nail salon— I’ve had my eye on LA Nails for almost 5 months and I’m so happy I finally went! I came on a Saturday afternoon as a walk-in, so there was a wait but I expected so & wasn’t bothered. I’ve never seen a salon with such an upbeat and genuinely happy staff— it created such a welcoming atmosphere through all the Saturday hustle & bustle. My nail tech was wonderful and so sweet; She replicated the photo I brought in perfectly!The only thing I will say (& this has nothing to do with the salon): some of the clients there were absolutely AWFUL— complaining about wait times, annoyed that employees took breaks— absolutely rude and childish for no reason. Please treat others the way you want to be treated, especially the people who are in an industry that helps people feel beautiful and more empowered. I was embarrassed at some of the women’s behavior but the staff handled it all so well and didn’t let it affect the atmosphere at all. Aside from a few snobby clients, the entire experience was great and I will definitely be returning! Thanks guys! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI haven’t been getting my nails done for probably ten years, prior to that, I had my nails done from age 15 all the way up till probably age 32. I’ve been to so many salons during that time and none of them compared to what I saw today. This business was booming and busy!!!! People were happy and they were making money and friendly all the way around. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the job and each other! The nail tech next to my nail tech helped with our communication since we weren’t understanding each other and that was very appreciated. My nails came out beautiful and I was asking for things that are probably from the 90s so they weren’t familiar with it but they managed through it! They didn’t make me feel awkward for asking which I have experienced in other salons. My only complaint is that I asked for a fill and a pedicure and they shut down the pedicure tables while I was getting my nails done and never acknowledged that I was waiting for that as well. I would assume that the receptionist did not relay that to my nail tech or anyone else. Could have been $100 customer but instead only half that today. I will return and hopefully will get both services that I asked for. I haven’t been getting my nails done for probably ten years, prior to that, I had my nails done from age 15 all the way up till probably age 32. I’ve been to so many salons during that time and none of them compared to what I saw today. This business was booming and busy!!!!
