They completely cut and destroyed my cuticles they are all bloody and raw. They didn’t even ask what length I wanted they just cut them so now they are way too short for my liking and they charged me an extra $15 without telling me why.

I came here with a group of my friends to get my nails done for my wedding. The workers were so rude and didn’t speak to any of us the whole time, I have several cuts all over my cuticles and toes that were bleeding. The shop was super unsanitary and before leaving I noticed many bare spots on my nails where no acrylic was applied. I asked them to fix my thumb nail and they did, but didn’t seem happy about it. The service was very rushed and it actually was painful when they were filing, I said ow plenty of times and they just ignored me. My sister and I got the exact same service but they charged her $7 more and had no explanation as to why hers was more. I will never go back. It has been 1 week and my nails look awful. When getting them done the man didn’t even ask shape, length or anything about how I wanted them. The nails are also super thick and not at all what I wanted AT ALL. I argued for 15 minutes with the staff but eventually got frustrated because they wanted to act like they didn’t understand me.

Gel nails done at a different store /state 1 week prior flaked off. Really had to replace the polish (my nails have to look right on this business trip). Took at least 20mins to locate this store, just as much of a wait when I got inside. Then male nail tech who did my nails rushed my nail job, then he almost filed the skin off my fingers. I was so tense the entire time, thankfully I did not need my cuticles cut. Positive part is that it is obvious he is skilled, polish and top coat with only a few brush strokes plus curing were done perfectly. Now my nails are fabulous again.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday, he didn’t talk me through anything, he made them really thin even tho i told him i just wanted to take a little bit off, he then used aloe gel, which i didn’t realize till after he did it, and i’m allergic, there’s a bad communication barrier. do not recommend Waxing

I’ve been shopping around for a regular salon and have tried this place a couple times. Everyone I’ve ever spoken to in there is nice and polite. My issue is with the cleanliness of the store and the practices and tools they use. The tools they used did not come out in a blue sanitized bag and the files they used on my nails were clearly worn and used on multiple people. The pedicure bowls aren’t sanitized between people. They just put a blue cover between clients. I watched over 6 different pedicures in my one time at the store and not once did I see any cleaning products. The girl who did my pedicure yesterday couldn’t have been more than 17. She clearly did not know what she was doing. There is absolutely no way she was licensed. She cut my toes and my fingers with the cuticle cutter and it broke skin. The gel polish looks uneven and the filing on my nails is crooked. She even stopped to fix her own nails half way through doing mine.

Very Poor experience. I am new to town and came to LA Nails. I asked for ombre nails. Light pink at the bottom faded to glitter which I said twice. I did not receive that color.
