I dislike this place very much the lady did a terrible job and my messed up my nails I also asked for her to make it more pointy and she said no so I’m never going back EVER again and that’s facts the left photo is what I got and the right is what I wanted I also saw a girl who had 10x more complicate she did that perfect and mine was so simple and she messed that up I paid good money I should at least get something decent and not what ever I got I do not recommend 0-10 DO NOT GO HERE

I got my nails done this week at LA nails. I think the gentleman did a very good job on my nails. They are perfect! But I heard two individuals come in a complaining about how they did both of the two women’s nails wrong. They wanted a refund or new nails done. All the customer heard the issue. The owner was not having it, despite the fact that the nails where done wrong. Bad customer service is not good in my opinion, customers should always be happy.

Overall the experience was great but I usually call ahead of time to see what the price ranges are and if it’s busy or not like is it OK to walk in and I called and I was told that a pedicure and manicure were $45 which is a good price and then I let them know that I had acrylics on and they told me it was $10 once I had the service done they told me it was gonna be $60 and I asked him why and the old lady from there it was being awfully rude telling me oh I didn’t tell you that when I knew I talked to her so the fact that she was being rude is unprofessional. It was my first time there and I wasn’t aware of the prices but then when I wanted to pay with my card she was rudely telling me that $10 the minimum and telling me if I couldn’t read. Clearly it was my first time I wasn’t aware of what was going on with their prices and everything but there was no need to be rude to the customer I wasn’t rude so I don’t see why she would be rude to me. Like I said before the service is great but the attitude the old lady had with me very unprofessional learn how to talk to people miss!!!

The ladies were very kind and very helpful when picking out colors and were also very patient with picking out shape and length. I did get clipped a few times on accident but she really took her time to get the shape down perfect and make sure my nails were on very secure so that is something I don’t mind I will look past it. they had great service and engaged in good conversation there wasn’t really gossip going on which I really appreciate. I was a walk in, And they fit me in with a reasonable amount of time. The ladies were very kind and very helpful when picking out colors and were also very patient with picking out shape and length. I took my 2 girls here to get their nails painted and I got white tips on mine. Honestly it was the most peaceful relaxing experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I am the type that is anxious and I dont like to make a lot of small talk with people I dont know. Here I just felt relaxed. I recommend this place they also did a really good job on our nails.
