Anthony always does the most unique fantastic one of a kind nails! Each set has been a complete work of art unlike any other. Have been going there for several years since starting at the first location. The salon is always gorgeous and clean and staff is friendly. Since it was the first time she was doing my nails, she took the time to explain her process and why she was using certain products, or doing things a certain way. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she took that and made it 10 times better. She takes her time, checks in with you several times to make sure you are happy with her work (length, shape, etc) and you can tell that she takes pride in her work. I went last Saturday, Dec 10, to get my nails done but I wasn’t satisfied at all. The nailtech was in a rush, a lot of residue and nails were not properly covered with gel polish. I also had classic pedicure, it was done for less than 15mins including the callus treatment.

Nothing special but not terrible! I called for an appointment with my 2 younger nieces and requested a private area for the 3 of us to have mani/pedi services done together. We ended up late but called ahead to let them know and was told that would be fine. They sat us in pedicure chairs once we finally picked our colors but never started and after maybe 15 minutes, they took one of my nieces to start her manicure alone. They were kind of all over the place with having us near eachother but not all being helped at the same time. I guess I just figured that since I called a few days ahead of time that they’d have 3 workers scheduled to help us together. It’s all good though, our nails are beautiful!!

I was definitely disappointed with my gel manicure. I received a quick soak, cuticles cut, nails buffed, and then polished my hands were not touched. Are hand massages and or anything else still a part of a manicure? $37 charge does not reflect the service provided.

Poor customer service! Will not go back. They talk about customers right in front of their faces! They couldn’t be bothered to work. The lesbian is horrible, and completely unprofessional. She barely took anytime on my grandmothers nails. If you want a good place to go, go to Venetian Nail on 301. They are so kind and make you feel welcome! I did have a nice lady, she did take her time with me and she did a great job!

Was rushed the entire time.I got a simple pedicure and this lady (shorter hair lady with round glasses) was extremely and I mean extremely rough. To the point I almost just got up and left. I’ve never had a pedicure actually hurt. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I just moved into this community but will NEVER come back here. Save yourself the time and the pain!!! Im actually shocked this place is still in business. I’ve been to tons of nail salons that actually care about the person. Never again. You’ve lost my business and I will be sure to tell others. I think you need to train your staff better.
