Critical: QualityService was terrible.They left me sitting in my chair for 15 minutes with only my tips on.Were very aggressive when filing and left my skin dirty afterwards. The lady also gapped my nail and filled it with glue as well as my friend.Terrible shaping techniques, I had to correct her multiple times while shaping my nails.i will say polish application was good and the nails didn’t come out horribley. Always so kind and welcoming even when busy. My wait is never too long and Anna has done a phenomenal job that’s held up against time. I could have easily gone another week between fills!

By far the worst service I have received. It’s great if your in a hurry and don’t care about what your nails looks like but however in this instance I do. Anna didn’t bother to listen to anything I said regarding my nails. She just kept on doing what she wanted and they were very rude. I understand it’s the last hour of the day but if your tired and not in the mood to do nails just refuse to do them don’t accept the customer then try to shove them out the door. She wasn’t even finished with my nails and she wanted payment. And she didn’t bother to check and see if my nails were even on both hands (which they weren’t) . I’m usually not a picky person when it come to things of this nature but I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE come here at all

EVEN THO MY NAILS AND TOES CAME OUT REALLY NICE, THE RUDE LADY DID MY NAILS. SHE HAD AN ATTITUDE. I DON’T THINK SHE SPOKE UPON ARRIVAL. SHE WAS KINDA ROUGH WITH MY HANDS ALSO. I WANTED TO LEAVE OUT BUT I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
