LA Nails

Critical: QualityOk first and foremost I want to say I loved this place. They are so nice and alway do my nails great. But this time it wasn’t good. I paid for a fill in and gel polish on November 20th. Here it is 7 days later and my polish is chipping so bad. Mind you I went back the next day to get my thumb nail repainted. 4 nails are missing paint and the rest are peeling. Ok first and foremost I want to say I loved this place. They are so nice and alway do my nails great. But this time it wasn’t good. I paid for a fill in and gel polish on November 20th. Here it is 7 days later and my polish is chipping so bad. Mind you I went back the next day to get my thumb nail repainted. 4 nails are missing paint and the rest are peeling. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have lived in Grovetown for a little over 4 years now. I tried some other salons out but this one has me hooked. The staff are always friendly. Kim, (my favorite nail tech) and I talk the whole time she’s doing my nails so that makes the experience so much better for me. The relate to you on a personal level. Not, come sit in chair. What number color you want…….I get my eyebrows waxed, Kim normally does that as well. When I get a pedicure there’s this older lady in there maybe late 50’s early 60’s. She gives the BEST pedicures and when she’s done she massages your shoulders and back. If they aren’t busy she will get you to get into the massage chair and give you like a 5 min massage. Y’all! My best friend and I have been coming to this salon for over two years now! Kim always does amazing work finger nails, toe nails AND eyebrows! She is super friendly and will make you feel comfortable. The salon is also always playing good movies and tv shows for you to watch while you’re getting your service.
