After telling her i wanted to put an acrylic tip on my big toe she tells me that gel is a “better idea” and apparently it makes your toenails grow. She insisted so i said whatever and she filed my toenail wayyy to short. My gel manicure was very bumpy and unprofessional. I will not be back! I spent 45$ on a 30 second massage, gel polish that she chipped after filing my toes after the polish was on and cured, and she saw that she chipped it and didn’t bother to fix it. Pathetic honestly.

My daughter and l went to get our nail done. She is six years old and l got a pedicure. My toe nail was not done good. If you saw my toes after, you would think l need a pedicure. I were so upset and did not go back in. She didn’t do my daughter the colors she ask for and l think they had an attitude. She talk to other worker in another language and you don’t know what they are saying. It should be wrong for them to speak it anyway. I advise everyone not to go to LA Nails.
